Qualifications
12 years progressive experience providing technical service to retailers with Lotto Terminals, which consisted of training on equipment usage, installing equipment, troubleshooting and maintenance of all systems.

As Technician, was responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with online equipment; performing preventative maintenance on three types of Lotto Terminals (CATs, PALs, and LINKs) and Lottery Instant Ticket Vending Machines (ITVMs); repairing damaged parts to machines; replacing parts in damaged machines; working with phone companies to resolve network problems; upgrading software to field equipment.

As Customer Service Representative, was responsible for Training retailers to use software and related equipment; acting as liaison between Gtech and State Lottery Office; responding to service calls in a timely manner so as to get equipment up and running in most efficient way; delivering Lotto supplies to retailers as needed.

As Computer Consultant, upgrade networked peer to peer systems; upgrade hardware and software on PCs; proficient in MS-DOS and Windows environment; able to troubleshoot problems with PCs and perform required repairs.

As a Self-motivated and conscientious employee, was able to perform all duties with no supervision; made sure all systems were working before leaving the location; answered all retailer questions patiently until certain they understood equipment completely.

Other responsibilities: Organise and maintain equipment in warehouse; report to supervisor on regular basis; responsible for maintaining service routes without supervision; prepare vehicle logs and acquire vehicle maintenance on regular basis; train new employees.
